The ideal Sr. MuleSoft Developer will be responsible for writing clean, flawless code to produce fully functional modules or apps according to requirements. Senior Developers are expected to possess expert-level knowledge of the MuleSoft platform, an analytical mindset, and a keen eye for detail. This role is customer-facing, requiring you to provide solutions for daily technical challenges and guide the dev team towards resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute MuleSoft implementations for customers, internalizing business outcomes and context relevant to MuleSoft implementation methodologies.
• Obtain MuleSoft technical certifications and fully ramp up on technology and implementation methodologies.
• Develop and contribute subject matter expertise and project deliverables to internal knowledge exchange.
• Mentor and guide junior Services team members, helping to build out the services organization.
• Lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational lifecycle.
• Train, coach, and mentor Services team members on hard and soft skills.
• Prior experience in designing, developing, securing, and managing APIs via API Gateways and Proxies.
• Experience handling design patterns with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce.
• Experience processing large data volumes and efficient handling of integrations.
• Effectively communicate challenges and development activities adhering to agreed timelines.
• Expected to have prior exposure to Java and ETL.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions.
• Preferred experience with Java and Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
• Experience with various MuleSoft connectors (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, File, Database).
• Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively architect solutions within a diverse technical team (client, SIs, contractors, internal teams).
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions.

Certifications

• MuleSoft Developer Level 2
• Preferred: MuleSoft Certified Architect
