Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions, preferred experience with Java and Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity, and working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configuration. Demonstrated ability to effectively architect solutions within a diverse technical team, and experience with various MuleSoft connectors such as SAP, Salesforce, File, and Database is required.
The Sr. Manager, MuleSoft will execute MuleSoft implementations for customers, possess MuleSoft technical certifications, contribute subject matter expertise and project deliverables to internal knowledge exchange, mentor and guide junior Services team members, lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects, provide hands-on delivery guidance, train and coach Services team members on technical and soft skills, design, develop, secure, and manage APIs via API Gateways and Proxies, experience with design patterns in MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce, process large data volumes, effectively communicate challenges and development activities adhering to agreed timelines, and have some prior exposure to Java and ETL.
