Company Information

Who We Are

NeuroFlow was founded by CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro, who served in the army for five years, including a tour in Iraq. Returning home, he recognized the significant gaps in the behavioral health system and the barriers veterans and civilians face in accessing appropriate, timely care. While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Chris met co-founder Adam Pardes. They realized that even the most engaging digital mental health apps wouldn't solve the core problem; only a solution that systematically integrated behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem could create meaningful change. Thus, NeuroFlow was created.

What We Do

We partner with healthcare leaders to drive better outcomes, lower the total cost of care, and make behavioral health risk more predictable and transparent. NeuroFlow is dedicated to ensuring that no one needing behavioral health support falls through the cracks. We build more than just engaging digital health tools for self-care; we create platforms that identify population behavioral health risk early, engage individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enable care teams to make smarter, more efficient decisions. NeuroFlow's solutions equip healthcare organizations with the insights needed to overcome systemic challenges in today's healthcare ecosystem.

How We Do It

NeuroFlow boasts an award-winning culture built on encouragement and striving for greatness. Our core values are prominently displayed, and each team member is responsible for embodying these values and holding each other accountable. We thrive on flexibility and agility, transforming an industry where "no" or "can't" is often the default. NeuroFlow offers unique opportunities to work in a fun, challenging, fast-paced environment with a direct, meaningful impact on closing the divide between mental and physical health.
