Responsibilities
Manage the daily activities of the Marketing Solutions department, specifically the TV advertising team
Develop strategy and execute all media plans
Handle TV media planning, performance tracking, and analysis
Serve as the point-of-contact for all advertisers
Design, develop, and introduce marketing campaigns, new advertising products, and pricing programs
Implement marketing campaign strategies and develop promotional/marketing programs targeted at specific market segments
Introduce new advertising products to the Sales team, provide training, and lend expertise
Accompany Sales staff on selected calls to key potential customers to assist with marketing campaigns and modify programs as necessary
Research, design, and recommend pricing programs
Monitor program performance, provide recommendations, and implement solutions
Develop and ensure achievement of financial and operational objectives
Oversee advertising products inventory, tracking, and dissemination
Contribute to functional strategy development and align operational plans with business objectives
Lead and manage groups, providing expertise in Marketing Solutions
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
