Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily activities of the Marketing Solutions department, specifically the TV advertising team
  • Develop strategy and execute all media plans
  • Handle TV media planning, performance tracking, and analysis
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for all advertisers
  • Design, develop, and introduce marketing campaigns, new advertising products, and pricing programs
  • Implement marketing campaign strategies and develop promotional/marketing programs targeted at specific market segments
  • Introduce new advertising products to the Sales team, provide training, and lend expertise
  • Accompany Sales staff on selected calls to key potential customers to assist with marketing campaigns and modify programs as necessary
  • Research, design, and recommend pricing programs
  • Monitor program performance, provide recommendations, and implement solutions
  • Develop and ensure achievement of financial and operational objectives
  • Oversee advertising products inventory, tracking, and dissemination
  • Contribute to functional strategy development and align operational plans with business objectives
  • Lead and manage groups, providing expertise in Marketing Solutions
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
