Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with management on staff relation issues, identifying problems, and using independent judgment in resolving problems by interpreting policies and weighing alternative approaches
  • Provide frequent, high-quality advice and counsel to business teams on HR issues. Represent corporate perspectives when collaborating with client groups. Maintain current knowledge of the individuals, functions, and environment in assigned division(s)
  • Lead HR Delivery programs, ensuring detailed communication to client groups and employees
  • Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures. Provide counsel to management on policy interpretation and administration
  • Deliver and participate in management development training
  • May provide recruitment support by sourcing, interviewing, and referring people for open positions
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and recordkeeping requirements
  • Collaborate with all HRBP teams and HR CoEs to deliver business results successfully
