Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of strategies for innovative, user-centric workplace environments through global partnerships
  • Develop regional strategy to support optimized design of J&J Facilities and support projects across portfolio of businesses & sites
  • Use regional experience, internal data, and external information to build programs that satisfy diverse J&J needs
  • Leverage regional data and insights to inform and align workplace design and operation strategies with business needs
  • Partner with Regional Strategic Space Planning to uncover opportunities to optimize the portfolio and support regional business strategies
  • Support the Workplace & Facilities Survey and generate insights to shape programs and strategies across functions (Workplace, FM, IT, HR, Inclusivity, Wellness, etc.)
  • Communicate and train on Policies, Standards & Guidelines to standardize workplace practices & solutions
  • Actively support the maintenance of the workplace playbook
  • Support program metrics
