Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting field
  • 7+ years of direct working experience in a relevant finance role
  • 5+ years of progressive people management experience
  • Significant experience in a commercial finance role with strong financial competence and expertise in business engagement, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Experience with large sets of data, with responsibility for the quality and integrity of results
  • Organized multitasker: able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong team-building skills working with a diverse group of people, even if geographically dispersed
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate analysis and recommendations in a concise, informative manner
  • Self-motivated, high level of flexibility, and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
  • Continuous Improvement: identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to support global senior directors and identify actions to improve the business
  • Work with divisional counterparts to ensure alignment between global requirements and regions
  • Support the forecasting and planning process in collaboration with functional partners
  • Support operative and strategic decisions and suggest corrective actions
  • Review appropriate finance support mechanisms and implement changes as needed
  • Provide a leadership role in initiatives that will guide and develop the team into a premier finance organization
  • Complete special projects as requested
  • Lead, develop, and inspire your team to meet business and finance objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
