Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and at least 4 years in a leadership role. An advanced degree (MBA or MS) is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills are required, along with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams. The role also requires U.S. Citizenship or equivalent status and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
