They must have a proven track record of delivering SaaS products in the data security, compliance, or privacy space, along with expertise in secure development standards.
The Sr. Manager, Engineering (UI) will lead and grow a team of full-stack and UI engineers, contributing directly to the architecture, development, and delivery of secure, high-performance web applications and backend services. They will collaborate with Product, Security, and Design teams to build intuitive interfaces for managing data classification, access control, audit logs, and reporting, while also defining and evolving frontend engineering strategy, best practices, and technical direction. Furthermore, they will ensure robust coverage for UI and API layers through automated testing and secure deployment pipelines, and maintain a strong presence in the codebase through code reviews and implementation.
