Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain policies, practices, and procedures to ensure EHS compliance
  • Develop and support the site's EHS Management System
  • Lead the Workers Compensation Program
  • Manage the Intelex database system for injury reporting and OSHA logs
  • Conduct investigations of accidents and near-miss incidents
  • Analyze accident data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure timely completion of routine environmental reports and inspections
  • Conduct compliance audits and assessments
  • Develop and deliver training programs for environmental, health, and safety responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical resource in areas of EHS compliance and risk management
  • Lead the site EHS team and report on metrics and performance
