Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in B2B competitive intelligence, including proven success in driving competitive messaging, positioning, and sales enablement. They must be able to gather intelligence from research and data, present findings and decisions, influence stakeholders, and execute independently on initiatives. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are required, along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. An MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Manager of Competitive Intelligence, the individual will build and enhance a competitive intelligence framework, leverage understanding of key personas and value drivers, partner with sales and customer success teams, influence product roadmap and vision, and deliver compelling presentations. They will identify ideal customers and opportunities for references and competitive feedback, ultimately driving the company’s growth by aligning competitive positioning with customer needs and strengthening Coupa’s position as a leader in total spend management.
