  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Communications or Chief of Staff in technology industry
  • Excellent communication skills to executive audiences to clearly convey the “what” and “so, what?”
  • Flexibility in communication style and ability to quickly pick up and utilize various approaches
  • Highly-motivated, accountable, self-starter who can work autonomously, independently takes initiative, and perseveres through complex issues to achieve results
  • Team orientation, with a passion for supporting teams to achieve success
  • Proven ability to build trusted, effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience transforming executive strategy into concrete roadmaps and requirements
  • 3+ years of experience creating and delivering executive reporting and presentations
  • Experience leveraging data and KPIs to drive prioritization and measure results

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling presentations that clearly communicate progress on our strategic imperatives to executive audiences
  • Create workback plans for delivering content to ensure necessary approvals and reviews are met on time
  • Develop deep understanding of the work, opportunities and wins across the Bank Tech organization as potential stories to tell
  • Review, tag, and manage source content from across Bank Tech in a central repository
  • Influence operating framework and engagement plan for central content repository
