Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success leading BI teams in high-growth, cross-functional environments is required, along with deep familiarity with modern data stacks like Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, and Looker. Strong understanding of data governance, stakeholder communication, product-led reporting, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights are essential. Experience working closely with Data Engineering, Data Scientists, Program Managers, Product Managers, and Revenue Operations Leadership is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence will lead the strategic vision and execution of the BI function, aligning efforts with company goals and KPIs. This role involves defining and enforcing a BI roadmap and intake model, resolving data fragmentation across systems by establishing system-of-record standards and data contracts, and creating scalable, secure access models. Responsibilities include collaborating with Data Engineering to define pipeline requirements, defining standardized reporting requirements for various teams, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure reports are actionable and aligned with objectives. The manager will also cultivate a data-forward culture, champion data literacy, and lead a high-performing team of analysts focused on Product Utilization, Revenue Operations, and Project Analytics, while driving career development within the team.
