Requirements

  • At least 3 years of brand management experience, either in pharma or other industries (in particular FMCG)
  • Understand different channels (hospital, retail, online pharmacy) is a plus
  • Learning agility: demonstrate passion to acquire new knowledge/skill and apply learning with speed
  • Innovation: think out of the box and drive development of innovative solutions
  • Communication: articulate clearly in both oral and written communication

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategy and operation for Tirzepatide Chronic Weight Management (Obesity/Overweight) to achieve business objectives in China market
  • Fully understand the market, HCP and patient insights
  • Create brand related customer plan, operation plan and product strategies
  • Design and execute external brand solutions
  • Engage KOL and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with external partners as well as multiple internal cross-functional members such as Medical, CA, MCE, SFE, Sales Training, Supply Chain, etc. to conduct launch preparation
  • Brand Strategy: Create brand strategy and develop commercialization and execution plan
  • Discover and synthesize deep customer insight, identify unmet needs in therapeutic areas
  • Consumer Engagement and Activation: Understand consumer insights through market research, advisory board and advocacy group engagement; Develop consumer engagement/activation solutions so that patients needs can be met
  • Channel Management: Develop and manage different channels to ensure best launch of the brand
  • Environmental Shaping: Develop environment shaping and customer solutions by collaborating with internal and external business partners; Lead the work with external stakeholders, especially patient advocacy groups and government stakeholders that have responsibilities for Healthy China 2030 initiatives
  • Brand Tactics: Lead the deliverables of brand materials and education content; OPEX management
  • Thought Leader Management: Identify and engage thought leaders and establish strong relationship with TLs; Deliver TL advisory board meetings to collect customer insights
  • Internal Communication: Deliver brand strategy to the sales force; Work closely with sales, medical, PR, PRA, access, commercial and other functions to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities; Drive internal business solution planning process (i.e. Launch Readiness Sessions, Customer Plan, Operation Plan, etc.)
