  • Brief Description: The Senior Major Incident Manager (Sr. MIM) is responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers following best practice processes and procedures with an effective and stable team. This role focuses on managing, maintaining, and owning the Incident function for managed services, supporting customers and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience as a Major Incident Manager.
  • Working within an ITIL environment.
  • Strong communication skills when dealing with customers.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Nice to Have:
    • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certified
    • Intermediate Operations ITIL certification desirable
    • Working with an MSP experience (highly desirable but not mandatory)
    • ServiceNow certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and own the Incident function for managed services.
  • Support customers and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Maintain an eye for detail and focus on customer service.
  • Provide operations leadership and drive continual service improvement.
