Responsibilities

Lead high-performing Quality Engineering (QE) teams
Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives
Oversee QE delivery across all SDLC phases
Define and track quality metrics (defect rates, test coverage, automation stability)
Promote best practices in quality assurance
Design and enhance scalable automation frameworks
Drive innovation in automation testing
Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines
Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scenarios
Ensure complete test coverage
Lead functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing
Perform root cause analysis for production issues
