Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of information technology, computer science, engineering or science is required
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT, including minimum of 5 years IT servers, networking and storage experience
  • MCSE, Cisco CCNP, AWS or Azure certificates preferred
  • Sharepoint and Cloud experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support for end-user devices, peripherals, and applications used in CAR T manufacturing (e.g., laptops, desktops, barcode scanners, label printers, thin clients, etc.)
  • Manage IT asset inventory and stock, ensuring availability of spare parts and replacement equipment
  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices in alignment with site IT standards
  • Follow up on user-reported issues (hardware/software) and ensure timely resolution and closure
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and workarounds; generate reports as required for tracking and compliance
  • Provide administrative support for IT systems, including user account provisioning, role management, and access permissions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue management
  • Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for advanced troubleshooting and hardware servicing
  • Contribute to system testing, validation, and compliance with quality and data integrity requirements
  • Adhere to corporate IT policies, SOPs, and GxP guidelines in all activities
  • Ensure timely incident and service request handling via ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM platform)
  • Support IT infrastructure in GMP and non-GMP areas, including workstation imaging, patching, and equipment lifecycle management
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing IT, automation, and quality teams to maintain compliance and minimize production disruption
  • Maintain audit readiness by ensuring documentation accuracy and system compliance for inspections and reviews
  • Lead and coordinate the local support team, managing workload distribution and schedules
  • Partner with network and server infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in on-call rotations or extended-hour coverage to support 24x7 manufacturing operations as needed
  • Interact with all levels within the organization and with external IT service providers
