Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and have 4-5+ years of HRBP experience supporting product and technology teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices is essential, along with the ability to analyze data to influence business decisions. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, agile, and capable of strategic thinking as well as hands-on execution, with demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with business leaders to develop and execute organizational and people strategies, focusing on the Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams. Responsibilities include evaluating organizational health using data, supporting growth and change within the global product and technology teams, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to guide leaders. The role involves driving performance management, designing organizational solutions, establishing efficient people operations processes, and collaborating with COE Partners. Additionally, the HRBP will investigate employee concerns, resolve employee relations issues, provide policy guidance, develop HR training, and ensure compliance with regulations.
