The Senior HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with business leaders to execute people strategies and positively impact organizational health using data. This role supports the Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams through growth and change, driving performance management, and designing organizational solutions. Responsibilities include building efficient people operations processes, collaborating with COE Partners, resolving employee relations issues, providing policy guidance, developing HR training, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
