Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and department leaders to understand business priorities and provide HR guidance on performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
  • Leverage HR knowledge to shape people strategies that drive business outcomes and foster a high-performance culture
  • Partner with HR COEs to deliver and scale core HR programs across the organization
  • Proactively assess HR tools, policies, and processes, recommending improvements
  • Conduct engagement surveys and pulse checks; analyze results and build action plans with leaders
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance conversations, and conflict resolution
  • Support initiatives for positive employee experience, team cohesion, and retention
  • Lead and facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, feedback, and reviews
  • Coach managers on feedback, talent development, and leading high-performing teams
  • Identify training needs and partner with Learning & Development for growth initiatives
  • Support career pathing and internal mobility
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching on complex employee relations matters like performance concerns, conflicts, and accommodations
  • Ensure consistent HR practices aligned with company values, policies, and labor laws
  • Collaborate with stakeholders like Legal and HR COEs on immigration and policy enforcement
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and support decision-making
  • Deliver data-based insights and recommend adjustments for engagement, retention, and performance
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in HR systems
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with business leaders and People Team colleagues
