Candidates should possess 12+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in strategic GTM operations, cross-functional leadership, and scalable systems design within dynamic growth environments. Advanced experience with Salesforce, custom objects, and workflow automation tools is required, along with hands-on experience building automated, data-driven workflows that drive revenue outcomes for GTM teams. Proven experience using AI for GTM use cases, including AI tools, API integrations (OpenAI or similar), and prompt engineering, is also necessary. Familiarity with GTM tools such as Clay, n8n, Gong, Marketo, Zapier, Hubspot, AI Revenue Workflow Platform, Nooks, and Clo is expected.
The Sr. GTM Systems Architect will architect scalable GTM systems by designing integrated, enterprise-grade architectures for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, utilizing orchestration platforms for high availability and performance. They will engineer AI-driven execution layers to create personalized content and recommend next-best-actions, and operationalize signal-based automation by creating business triggers into real-time workflows. Additionally, they will deliver strategic GTM insights by developing smart retrieval systems for GTM data, lead GTM experimentation platforms by building A/B testing infrastructure, and provide cross-functional leadership by collaborating with GTM Operations, Product, and leaders to translate business needs into scalable solutions and influence GTM system roadmaps.
