Subject Matter Expert (SME) of equipment in assigned area
Highly proficient creating and searching Maximo Work Orders
Highly proficient with electrical/pneumatic and hydraulic circuits
Highly proficient with PLC and Servo Communications/Connection

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and systems, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools
Perform equipment changeover activities and drive equipment efficiencies (Up-Time OEE) during production runs
Work with Project Engineers for new equipment installation and upgrades
Continue to learn complex equipment by studying equipment manuals, conducting internet research, and applying internal knowledge to keep abreast of new technologies, processes and/or equipment
Work within the Maintenance group to assist in increasing technical knowledge and technical capabilities of less experienced technicians
