Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of progressive management experience in financial planning and analysis. An MBA or CPA is considered a plus. Strong analytical skills, prior experience with M&A transactions, and familiarity with foreign currency accounting and large data manipulation are required. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access is essential, and working knowledge of FDA regulations is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Financial Analyst will serve as a key financial business partner for assigned segments, assisting with comprehensive forecasting, trend analysis, and monitoring performance indicators. Responsibilities include investigating discrepancies, managing budgets, building cost models for profit margin analysis, and preparing ad hoc financial reports. The role also involves participating in corporate financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions efforts, and pricing structure analysis. Additionally, the analyst will guide accounting and finance projects, support the CFO, and contribute to departmental standards and process improvements.
