Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for buildings and grounds total maintenance and special project support
  • Assist and support Facilities Engineering functions including emergency, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of utilities and Facilities-related equipment
  • Manage Pest Control Program including scheduling, execution, exceptions investigations, monthly trending analysis, and regulatory documentation
  • Coordinate and plan Facilities work orders, trending, equipment repair needs, and service interactions with internal customers
  • Review and estimate design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs
  • Inspect or direct inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Provide direct support for management of daily regulatory documentation for Facilities equipment and systems
  • Develop and maintain Facilities consumable and spare parts to reduce downtime and increase equipment redundancy
  • Manage purchase requisitions, orders, and invoicing for area of responsibility with full compliance and financial accuracy
  • Support EHS Compliance Program to ensure sustainability and compliance with company procedures and local/federal regulations
  • Plans, designs, and oversees reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and facilities
  • Gather and review data on facility/equipment specifications, restrictions, completion dates, and construction feasibility
  • Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms for design criteria, layout, and detail drawings
  • Prepare bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition
