Responsibilities

Ensure the daily Facilities operation of the office runs timely and smoothly
Manage access control and security systems to ensure a secure working environment
Be responsible for the day-to-day Facilities-related operations of the office, including visitor reception, courier service management, the purchase of office supplies, and the management of fixed assets
Coordinate with the landlord and property management to maintain good cooperation and ensure Facilities issues are resolved smoothly
Manage service providers to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly working environment
Handle facilities contract renewals and negotiations, and implement new contracts in the Shanghai office
Conduct site audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Respond to Facilities-related emergencies as needed
Work closely with the line manager on all local Facilities-related matters
