Responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily Facilities operation of the office runs timely and smoothly
  • Manage access control and security systems to ensure a secure working environment
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day Facilities-related operations of the office, including visitor reception, courier service management, the purchase of office supplies, and the management of fixed assets
  • Coordinate with the landlord and property management to maintain good cooperation and ensure Facilities issues are resolved smoothly
  • Manage service providers to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly working environment
  • Handle facilities contract renewals and negotiations, and implement new contracts in the Shanghai office
  • Conduct site audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Respond to Facilities-related emergencies as needed
  • Work closely with the line manager on all local Facilities-related matters
