  • Strong stakeholder management and partnership with product, UX, global engineering, and other experience teams

  • Hands-on coding experience, including writing production code and active development

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of frontend engineers building Digital Loyalty experiences on target.com, Android, and iOS apps
  • Drive product development and operations with lead engineers and technical decision-making
  • Manage team development while actively writing production code and developing capabilities/solutions
  • Assist in Target-internal technical platform usage and resolve technology roadblocks (code, infrastructure, build, deployment)
  • Manage overall software development cycle, adhering to development and security standards
  • Establish strong stakeholder communication and partnerships to deliver end-to-end guest funnel experiences
