Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions for Multi-Channel Ingestion (paper, email, fax, web, eB2B) with OCR/ICR data extraction
Design and implement Metadata Frameworks and APIs for document enrichment
Design and implement Task Management and intelligent Routing based on business rules
Design and implement Integrated Workflows with multiple upstream and downstream systems
Design and implement Modern File Cabinet & Viewer for document access and retrieval
Design and implement Automation & Orchestration of end-to-end business processes
Design and implement Event-Driven Architecture for downstream system integration
Design and implement Reporting & Optimization dashboards and analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery
Contribute to a culture of innovation, learning, and psychological safety
Analyzes, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards and best practices
Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
