Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team in the assigned region, promote company products and spread medical concepts in the region, pursue excellence
  • Maintain good relationships with key customers, government departments, and experts
  • Handle team recruitment and development
  • Manage and assess direct subordinates according to company policies
  • Organize and hold regional department meetings and support promotional activities
  • Manage all business of the assigned region and product group, formulate regional goals, sales strategies, and development directions
  • Handle regional personnel recruitment, team development, employee performance management, and coaching
  • Strictly comply with national and company policies to ensure team compliance, academic rigor, and professionalism
  • Achieve all work goals assigned by the company and the larger region
