  • Over 5 years of sales experience in foreign pharmaceutical companies
  • Over 2 years of team management experience

  • For internal candidates: Position of specialist or above (or non-sales position of specialist or above) with over 5 years of experience in foreign companies; at least 2 years of work experience at Lilly; continuous excellent performance in the past year; no "written warning" or higher level compliance warnings

Responsibilities

  • Manage business operations for the assigned region and product group; formulate regional goals, sales strategies, and development directions
  • Handle recruitment, team development, employee performance management, and coaching for the region
  • Strictly comply with national and company policies, ensuring team compliance, academic rigor, and professionalism
  • Achieve sales and other work targets assigned by the company and the larger region
  • Ensure comprehensive implementation and timely feedback of professional visits and academic seminars
  • Maintain good communication with key academic leaders and experts to ensure and support the academic professionalism of market activities
  • Timely feedback on customer disease diagnosis and treatment information, brand usage information, and market changes
  • Organize and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve common goals
