Requirements

  • 8+ years of commercial or retail sales experience (FMCG/foreign company experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant commercial and retail operation laws and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Manage all retail pharmacy channels (direct + indirect coverage) in the district for nutrition health, OTC, and oral care products; lead team to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and enhance control over key retail terminals under company policies
  • Implement investment plans and financial management for all retail pharmacy clients in the district
  • Develop, maintain, and manage all clients in the district, including increasing market share, brand penetration, new product distribution, value chain maintenance, sales channel consolidation, market activity execution, sales data analysis, and market intelligence collection/feedback; build long-term strategic partnerships with clients
  • Formulate and implement district retail client sales strategies per overall client sales strategy, including annual agreement negotiations with key clients, promotion planning/execution, communication with key client decision-makers, personnel training/management, resource/expense management, regular business reviews/plans, and data collection/analysis
  • Develop and implement broad retail distribution strategies in provinces to achieve sales targets; manage distributors to ensure execution, increase market share, and enhance control over broad retail terminals
  • Lead and guide subordinates to develop/manage distributors, improve sales supervisors' KPI management (e.g., purchasing, shipping, inventory); assist distributors in business expansion and operational improvement within legal/compliant boundaries
  • Coordinate closely with relevant functional departments
  • Complete other related tasks assigned by direct manager
  • Ensure compliant operations for the district team and clients
