Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master’s degree and a minimum of 10-14 years of experience in a related field, with prior management experience potentially including a Director role. Responsibilities

The Sr. Director of Supplier Quality will direct the Supplier Quality function enterprise-wide, ensuring processes align with the strategy and vision for Supplier Quality management. They will manage performance measurement systems, conduct audits, develop HR policies, minimize the cost of poor supplier quality, and oversee a global/regional/site level team. Responsibilities also include owning portions of the Plexus Quality Management System (QMS), leading receiving inspection processes, developing key process indicators and metrics, directing the Counterfeit Controls and Mitigation Program, exemplifying and holding their team accountable to Plexus Core Values, evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employee development.
