Requirements
- Undergraduate/Bachelor’s Degree required
- 15+ years’ experience preferred
- Obtain and maintain insurance license, as required by the State Department of Insurance (or be willing to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced financial acumen
- Ability to quickly learn and use job-specific programs
- Willingness to obtain all required licenses
- Technical credentialing preferred (CPCU, CIC)

- Lead client experience, risk mitigation, and marketing/broking leaders – including hiring, developing, coaching, and mentoring
