Requirements

  • Experience leading empowered, cross-functional product teams in transforming web properties into customer-first digital experiences

  • Expertise in customer experience (CX) principles including personas, Voice of the Customer (VoC), journey maps, and UX testing
  • Skills in creating an environment of trust, autonomy, and accountability, coaching and developing Product Manager team members
  • Capability to drive outcome-based roadmaps, foster experimentation and learning, and empower teams to discover, design, and deliver solutions
  • Knowledge to champion continuous product discovery and delivery, validating for value, usability, feasibility, and viability
  • Proficiency in defining success metrics, monitoring site performance and analytics for user experience, engagement, and conversion
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders including Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Research
  • Awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard processes for innovative digital experiences

Responsibilities

  • Promote a dual product and customer-centric culture valuing experimentation over requirements, outcomes over output, speed over excellence, and learning over being right; encourage evidence-based decision-making and integrate VoC feedback
  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy, aligning teams around clear objectives and measurable outcomes (OKRs)
  • Lead empowered product teams to solve problems, support discovery, design, and delivery of solutions, and hold accountable for outcomes
  • Drive outcome-based roadmaps focusing on business and customer impact; establish and track OKRs reflecting business and customer value
  • Champion continuous product discovery and delivery, validating solutions before launch
  • Serve as voice of the customer and business during design and development, providing guidance and making trade-off decisions
  • Define success metrics and monitor site performances and analytics to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and drive conversion
  • Collaborate with customers across Lilly (Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Research) for alignment and compliance
  • Stay attuned to industry trends, emerging technologies, and processes to deliver innovative digital experiences
  • Lead updates and reviews with senior leadership and collaborators
