Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects for digital process redesign and supply chain capability building
  • Serve as strategic translator between business operations and technology teams, facilitating communication and ecosystem design
  • Design, deliver, own, and evolve the global GSC digital roadmap, aligning with enterprise ambitions and infusing AI across supply chain modalities
  • Identify and drive transformational improvements leveraging emerging technologies in partnership with BI&T
  • Represent GSC digital strategy internally and externally, influencing stakeholders and serving as primary contact for GPS and BI&T
  • Champion user-centric design and deployment of digital solutions, ensuring intuitiveness and tailoring to end-user needs
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and sustainment of digital capabilities, monitoring KPIs
  • Simplify processes for digital readiness and identify opportunities for digital innovation
  • Drive requirements and adoption of foundational/advanced data capabilities for predictive analytics, real-time insights, and automation
  • Ensure robust data governance, security, and compliance across digital initiatives
  • Drive a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement, championing advanced technologies and agile methodologies
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering experimentation and rapid prototyping
  • Engage stakeholders for cohesive execution of digital initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner with B&IT and GPS to evaluate, select, and implement scalable digital solutions ensuring interoperability
