Requirements

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Preferred: 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
  • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time
  • Ability to work in an office setting, including sitting/standing at a desk, communicating in person and by telephone, and operating standard office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Own execution of Visa’s Global Product Drop including identifying products to feature, creating product narratives, building product demos & coordinating across Product, Events, Comms, Marketing and Design
  • Lead high impact strategy projects and initiatives across GP&I, such as Visa’s affluent strategy, and ecommerce roadmap
  • Structure and solve business problems, collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders across regions and functions to advance initiatives and ensure alignment
  • Inform the development of unique, creative, and impactful products and solutions by integrating insights across Visa’s functional resources
  • Develop rigorous, data-backed, quantitative and qualitative analyses to ensure strategic and financial soundness of decisions and recommendations
  • Build strong relationships across product, regional, and cross-functional teams
