Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 10 years of experience in digital strategy, with a strong background in digital experience strategy and the United States Health industry (payors preferred). They should demonstrate a deep understanding of what, where, when, and how to activate digital experiences, along with the ability to optimize and measure ROI across all channels, and a clear understanding of business goals and target audiences. Strong knowledge of information security practices and data privacy standards, including GDPR and CCPA, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Digital Strategy will serve as a trusted digital advisor and key strategic partner to BxA’s Health BU clients, guiding teams in defining the business vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital innovation. This role involves conducting analysis, financial modeling, and developing insightful recommendations, strategic roadmaps, and comprehensive plans to client leadership, aligning with client management, ensuring roadmap adherence, and providing best-in-class strategies specific to payors and providers. Additionally, the role encompasses promoting and enforcing information security awareness, identifying and reporting security risks, and ensuring data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle.
