10+ years of progressive experience in demand generation or performance marketing
Proven track record of driving significant pipeline growth in high-volume acquisition models
Deep expertise across paid acquisition, marketing analytics, and multi-channel campaign management
Experience leading global demand generation or performance marketing programs
Strong financial acumen with extensive experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI

Ability to design organizational structure, recruit top talent, and build leadership capability within the global demand generation function

Responsibilities

Architect and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team globally
Own global demand generation budgets, KPIs, and OKRs
Develop and execute segment-specific strategies and global GTM programs
Drive multi-channel campaigns across paid media, direct mail, content marketing, lifecycle email, and events
Build and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Revenue Ops to optimize lead handoff and pipeline forecasting
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative teams to deliver compelling, on-brand campaigns
Evaluate, implement, and optimize MarTech tools to enhance scalability, efficiency, and performance
Implement attribution models and forecasting frameworks to optimize spend and improve predictability
Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, presenting insights, forecasts, and recommendations to guide company-wide growth strategy
