Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy to accelerate pipeline and customer acquisition growth across segments
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team globally, fostering a data-driven culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous optimization
  • Own global demand generation budgets, KPIs, and OKRs — including lead volume, pipeline generation targets, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Develop and execute segment-specific strategies (SMB and enterprise) and global GTM programs tailored to regional market dynamics
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns across paid media (social, search, direct buys), direct mail, content marketing, lifecycle email, and events
  • Build and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales to accelerate growth within strategic and enterprise accounts
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Revenue Ops to optimize lead handoff, enhance pipeline forecasting, and ensure tight alignment across the funnel
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative teams to deliver compelling, on-brand campaigns that resonate with target segments and personas
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize MarTech tools to enhance scalability, efficiency, and performance
  • Implement attribution models and forecasting frameworks to optimize spend, improve predictability, and maximize pipeline contribution
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, presenting insights, forecasts, and recommendations to guide company-wide growth strategy
