Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Architect the organization’s data and measurement strategy, driving innovation through strategic data partnerships, data licensing, and privacy-compliant practices
  • Lead a team responsible for managing/renewing data licenses, technical due diligence, and advancing data-driven product offerings
  • Serve as strategic advisor, aligning data capabilities with commercial objectives and ensuring privacy compliance
  • Develop the company’s overall strategy and lead high-priority strategic initiatives; communicate strategy and align objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, recommend, and support execution of merger and acquisition opportunities, including post-merger integration
  • Contribute to business development and partnership discussions (distribution, technology/product, content, monetization); conduct discussions with partners and recommend actions
  • Oversee business modeling, long-range financial planning, web analytics, reporting, yield management, forecasting, and data strategy
  • Evaluate economics and business models of products/services, companies, and industry sectors
  • Oversee projects for environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses, and studies related to growth and profitability
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the Strategic Planning team
  • Exercise independent judgment in significant matters
  • Perform other duties as assigned, adhering to Operating Principles, owning customer experience, and advocating for technology
