Responsibilities
Architect the organization’s data and measurement strategy, driving innovation through strategic data partnerships, data licensing, and privacy-compliant practices
Lead a team responsible for managing/renewing data licenses, technical due diligence, and advancing data-driven product offerings
Serve as strategic advisor, aligning data capabilities with commercial objectives and ensuring privacy compliance
Develop the company’s overall strategy and lead high-priority strategic initiatives; communicate strategy and align objectives
Identify, evaluate, recommend, and support execution of merger and acquisition opportunities, including post-merger integration
Contribute to business development and partnership discussions (distribution, technology/product, content, monetization); conduct discussions with partners and recommend actions
Oversee business modeling, long-range financial planning, web analytics, reporting, yield management, forecasting, and data strategy
Evaluate economics and business models of products/services, companies, and industry sectors
Oversee projects for environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses, and studies related to growth and profitability
Provide guidance and leadership to the Strategic Planning team
Exercise independent judgment in significant matters
