Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned teams in the planning, execution, evaluation, and effective communication of data-driven, digital marketing results and actionable insights
  • Develop and implement holistic, cross-channel measurement and testing plans
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of analysis across assigned client accounts
  • Lead team in the development and execution of campaign measurement and data strategies
  • Develop Analytics talent on the team
  • Promote and develop a culture of best-in-class customer service for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders by understanding needs, translating them into creative solutions, and delivering with diligence and urgency
  • Develop and execute frameworks to guide complex projects
  • Develop and execute cross-channel media measurement and testing plans
  • Consult with colleagues and clients on measurement strategies and techniques
  • Ensure appropriate analytics integration into all agency production processes
  • Lead client communications to simply and effectively convey results, efficiencies, opportunities, and optimizations that have driven business results
