Candidates should possess 4-6 years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions, with preferred experience in Java and Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity. They should have experience with various MuleSoft connectors such as SAP, Salesforce, File, Database, and working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configuration. Demonstrated ability to effectively architect solutions within a diverse technical team is also required.
The Sr. Developer, MuleSoft will be responsible for executing MuleSoft implementations for customers, internalizing business outcomes and business context relevance to MuleSoft implementation methodologies, developing and contributing subject matter expertise and project deliverables to internal knowledge exchange, mentoring and guiding junior Services team members, leading technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects, providing hands-on delivery guidance, training, coaching, and mentoring Services team members on technical and soft skills, handling design patterns with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce, processing large data volumes, effectively communicating challenges and development activities adhering to agreed timelines, and having prior exposure to Java and ETL.
