Requirements

2+ years of experience in data warehouse or big data platform development and maintenance
Bachelor’s degree or higher, any major
Clear thinking and the ability to accurately express technical principles and solutions
Familiarity with data warehouse implementation methodologies
Deep understanding of data warehouse architectures and experience supporting real-world business scenarios
Familiarity with cloud products like Alibaba Cloud's native integrated data warehouse (Yunying)
Knowledge of mainstream data products such as Shenque, Fenyou, and Hypers
Understanding of privacy computing data open platforms
Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Kettle, DataX)
Strong SQL writing and optimization skills
Experience with data governance and data management
Relevant certifications are a plus
Good communication skills and business sensitivity
Ability to quickly understand business context
Excellent ability to combine business and technical skills

Responsibilities

Work closely with business departments to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring data solutions align with business strategy
Proactively communicate with business departments to deeply explore and analyze business needs, translating them into data requirements
Utilize data analysis skills to conduct in-depth analysis of business data, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities within business processes
Provide data-driven solutions and recommendations to business departments based on data analysis results, supporting business decision-making
Collaborate with business departments to ensure data quality and compliance, promoting data governance and standardization
Build and optimize off-line and real-time data warehouses, including data model design, ETL implementation, ETL performance optimization, ETL data monitoring, and problem-solving
Participate in big data application planning and solution design, supporting the secondary development and management of big data platforms within the Hadoop ecosystem and cloud IaaS/PaaS products
Continuously improve work in data security, data flow, data usability, and data quality through consistent, timely, and accurate data requirements
