Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise in client services, insurance processing, and customer experience delivery
  • Current Insurance License in Property & Casualty and/or Health & Life for the state in which your agency office is located

Responsibilities

  • Leverage knowledge and expertise in client services, insurance processing, and customer experience
  • Assist Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments
  • Ensure service standards are met, trends are identified, and process improvements are implemented on the team
  • Function as the day-to-day customer contact, troubleshooting issues and helping clients make well-informed decisions
  • Manage the new business and renewal process, as well as oversee day-to-day client changes
  • Be accountable for client service delivery through high and/or increased client retention, rounding of accounts, referrals, and uneventful renewals
  • Ensure pre-renewal information is sent out within service standards and follow up with clients and insurance markets for timely responses on pre-renewal information and quotes
  • Manage renewal marketing plan (if any) with Producers and Service Teams, ensuring team awareness and execution
  • Create accurate proposals/deliverables for Producers and Service Teams to use at client renewal meetings
  • Review quotes for accuracy against supporting documents
  • Negotiate additional coverage/price with the underwriter
  • Quickly and accurately complete the renewal bind processes and checklist, ensuring all aspects are completed and documented
  • Ensure files are accurately documented to minimize E&O exposure and enable quick responses to client requests
