The Commercial Account Executive will generate new business sales revenue for software licenses within mid-market clients (1,000-5,000 employees) in Michigan. This involves developing and executing a territory sales strategy, identifying target prospects, and conducting field sales activities. Responsibilities include partnering with marketing to drive growth, qualifying prospects, developing new sales opportunities, arranging and conducting product demonstrations, and managing existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. The role also requires acting as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and recommending how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.
