Responsibilities
Consults with all levels of management to translate business requirements into learning and development strategy
Develops and implements programs that support individual and organisational performance aligned with Business Unit and/or enterprise-wide needs
Designs and implements proactive communication plans to ensure learning and development initiatives are communicated effectively to global audiences
Evaluates training solutions to identify areas for improvement and maintain highest quality delivery
Identifies and evaluates applicability of new learning development vehicles, tools, or programs from other organisations or vendors; recommends purchase to management as appropriate
Facilitates/conducts learning and training solutions
Acts as project manager for major, complex, and high-profile learning and development initiatives
Keeps abreast of learning and development best practices and introduces them to Northern Trust and the L&D Training Team
Develops/coordinates/delivers the i2i programme mandatory curriculum within assigned geographic location
Liaises with managers and participants to outline programme requirements
Continuously evaluates the i2i programme working with GFS and stakeholders
Designs, develops, and maintains a training curriculum for the Fund Accounting function within the Global L&D curriculums, implementable regardless of geographic location
Coordinates/delivers the new hire curriculum within geographic location
Designs and delivers training for existing systems and new system roll-outs
Ensures L&D functional learning and development interventions are aligned with Business Unit and/or enterprise-wide needs
Consults with areas in the business unit to provide ongoing support
Works collaboratively with other Global Training Teams
Leads global projects within the FA Training group
Assigns work to the assigned L&D Team and provides input in the performance management process for the team
