Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 8 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field
  • Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field
  • Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field
  • Advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
  • Practical knowledge of project management (preferred)
  • Ability to be independently mobile, interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting AF Solutions sales and customer service objectives
  • Deliver and/or manage assigned projects from design to implementation while adhering to policies
  • Work independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approach to solutions
  • Coach and review the work of lower level specialists; may manage projects/processes
  • Contribute to work group objectives through building relationships and consensus
  • Make improvements to processes, systems or products to enhance performance
  • Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on process improvements
  • Communicate with senior internal and external customers and vendors to exchange information and influence decision-making
  • Provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area
  • May manage projects, requiring delegation of work and review of others' work product
