High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 8 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field
Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field
Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering or medical field
Advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
Practical knowledge of project management (preferred)
Ability to be independently mobile, interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers

Responsibilities

Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting AF Solutions sales and customer service objectives
Deliver and/or manage assigned projects from design to implementation while adhering to policies
Work independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approach to solutions
Coach and review the work of lower level specialists; may manage projects/processes
Contribute to work group objectives through building relationships and consensus
Make improvements to processes, systems or products to enhance performance
Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on process improvements
Communicate with senior internal and external customers and vendors to exchange information and influence decision-making
Provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area
May manage projects, requiring delegation of work and review of others' work product
