Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years of claims or insurance experience, and 3 years of customer service experience. They must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. A high level of compassion and commitment to customer service is also required, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize a workload within a workflow environment.
The Senior Claims Support Coordinator will be responsible for new claim set up and correspondence, generating internal and external customer correspondence, monitoring claims within a workflow system, maintaining excellent working relationships, problem-solving in a team environment, assisting in training and development of Claims Support Coordinators, and performing other duties and projects as assigned.
