Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst will discover and analyze transformative tech-based opportunities to drive efficiency, experience, scalability, or business outcomes. They will propose compelling project recommendations, including costs and benefits, and collaborate with TPMs, development teams, and business stakeholders to translate approved recommendations into detailed requirements and technical specifications. Responsibilities also include executing and iterating on select plans, tracking progress, fixing issues, assisting with UAT and change management, assessing results, documenting learnings, and facilitating necessary handoffs. The role also involves actively participating in building up the BSA function and shaping it over time to maximize value.
