Candidates should possess Salesforce certification and be a subject matter expert, demonstrating a strong understanding of current projects and the Salesforce roadmap. They should also have experience building and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with business needs, and a proven ability to lead requirements interviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions for gathering business requirements and identifying process improvements.
As a Sr. Business Analyst, the individual will be responsible for analyzing and validating business needs, leading and conducting QA activities, and designing processes to improve system effectiveness. They will collaborate closely with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Owners, Business Solution Managers (BSMs), Application Analysts, Application Engineers, Project and Program Managers, and other team members to deliver solutions successfully, focusing on capturing and documenting detailed business requirements, utilizing Agile and Design Thinking methodologies, and working with the Business Systems Manager (BSM) to understand the technology strategy and integration needs.
