5-7 years of experience in the administration of qualified retirement plans, including but not limited to reporting and notice regulations, non-discrimination testing, tax preparation and filing, audit requirements, and regulatory oversight
5-7 years of experience in the administration of non-qualified retirement plans, including but not limited to Regulation 409A and related requirements and plan design
Solid understanding of retirement benefit plan principles
Responsibilities
Assist in managing the daily administration of 401(k), employee stock purchase and executive non-qualified deferred compensation plan
Monitor weekly 401(k) plan administrative processes to include resolving plan indicative data errors and providing guidance to contacts to resolve contribution file errors. Monitor weekly contribution file posting and prepare weekly wire
Monitor ESPP administrative processes including refund and purchase processes
Monitor executive non-qualified deferred compensation plan funding files, including in service and termination distribution records
Oversee the flow of data to wealth benefit-related service providers, including but not limited to record-keepers, consultants, actuaries, trustees and investment managers. Oversee the accuracy of reporting
Coordinate the distribution of retirement plan communications, including required annual plan summary, summary annual report, and information regarding enrollment, contribution limits and accrued benefits
Prepare management reports and data summaries prior to Investment Committee, Management and Policy Committee meetings, as appropriate
Research, initiate, and implement updated systems, programs, procedures and internal controls on an on-going basis; recommend improvements, revisions and amendments
Assist in tracking benefit costs, preparing benefit cost analysis, summarizing employee benefits data and trends and provides management with planning and control
Coordinate the monitoring of third-party data feeds for accuracy, conduct audits of third-party data routinely to ensure accuracy of enrollment processing and billing
