Candidates must have a strong development background and be proficient in Python or Javascript. They should understand core AWS services, apply best practices for security and scalability, and have experience with hands-on programming in languages like Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js. Experience building integrations across multiple systems using REST APIs, knowledge of JSON format, strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, and experience with Cloudformation, Lambda Integrations, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code are also required. Familiarity with WFM, CRM, contact center solutions, communications protocols and APIs like WebRTC and SIP, Contact Flow implementation, Lex integration, contact center routing, other contact center platforms, and Salesforce Service Cloud are considered advantageous. Relevant AWS and Salesforce certifications are a plus.
The Sr. AWS Developer will execute and implement complex solution designs using AWS-optimized architectures at enterprise scale, focusing on delivering solutions for contact centers, specifically leveraging Amazon Connect. They will work closely with a Solution Architect to deliver contact center solutions, provide technical advisory support during business process reviews, and offer technical details and solutions for functional User Stories. Responsibilities include configuring Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions, hands-on development of Solution Designs using best practices, leading development teams in task distribution and code reviews, delivering technical end-user training and documentation, and taking the lead technical role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction.
