Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying needs for additional research to define future feature design
  • Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving team toward lowest effort or Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for valid feature tests
  • Use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure products/features deliver on real business needs, demonstrating a growth mindset
  • Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk
  • Work autonomously in an agile environment to conduct research and develop features utilizing new and evolving technology
  • Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build cutting-edge solutions for customers
  • Deliver well-managed product platforms by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy
  • Actively participate in horizontal forums to harness networks of trusted relationships among tech teams, designers, key internal stakeholders, and partner teams
  • Articulate succinct product roadmaps to deliver business value and share with stakeholders, elevating team results and becoming a product matter expert
  • Play a strategic role in defining Disputes product investments, building understanding of consumer/business needs and payment transaction lifecycle
  • Support the operational platform for processing customer disputed transactions across the Global Payment Network, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
  • Contribute to modernization and optimization efforts to create scalable, reliable, efficient systems for Issuers, Acquirers, and network partners, enabling new technologies and products
